The fully automatic batter mixing plant TMX conveys the ingredients from the silos via intermediate tanks into the mixer. By directly weighing the ingredients and mixing in the specified ratio, the batter mixer simultaneously acts as a scale. Small amounts of ingredients are weighed and added separately. After mixing, the batter is pumped into batter storage tanks and on to the baking machine. This allows several recipes to be handled simultaneously with a single mixer.
Filling level meters on silos and tanks, combined with clear process visualisation, guarantee consistent process monitoring. All the piping up to the oven is easy to clean using In Place Cleaning (IPC). The stainless steel system may be extended as required.
