New JUPITER MIC Series for Micro Cones

The new JUPITER Micro Cone machine produces rolled micro cones with a minimum length of 35 mm (without waste) and die-cut micro cone products also with a minimum length of 35 mm (optionally with food-grade extraction). This means that wafer dust in production and in the bag is a thing of the past.

The range comprises various machines that differ in terms of capacity and baking plate format. Capacities range from 7,920 pieces per hour up to 19,440 pieces per hour.

Two different baking plate sizes are available:

• one size for Micro Cones only (35 mm to 58 mm)
• one size for Micro and Mini Cones (45 mm to 70 mm)

The JUPITER MIC series features a new batter pump for small volumes and a newly designed rolling unit for small products, which guarantees precise rolling. All Micro Cone systems are manufactured in the JUPITER C version.
